Frequently Asked Questions About Customised Cakes in SG Butter Cakes

In the unlikely event of cancellation, well do our best to see what we can do to help your situation. But as with all cancellation policies, here's our take:

  • As long as we have not started any preparation on your order (3week or more to delivery date) - We'll refund 100% store credits with no expiry OR can do a 90% cash refund (the 10% is charged on our merchant's end)
  • If we have started some preparation like order cake toppers or other materials - We'll refund 70% store credits with no expiry.
  • If we are already in progress for your cake ( 3 days or less) - Our policy says 100% cancellation charge no refund, but we'll do our best to help you given whatever situation, as we know it's likely due to unforeseen circumstances.

Regular delivery range 10am-2pm, flexible delivery timing anytime 9am-8pm, specific 1.5hr range anytime.
FONDANT LETTERS:
Fondant Letter cost $0.50 each letter for name or message .
customised cake topper $15-$20 depends on the design
Not avaible with chocolate free hand writing on cake boards or on a cake.
NOTE: fondant letters cost or customised cake topper cost not included into cake cost please pay accordingly to the letters or customise cake topper cost if wana include.
Terms & Condition:
1. All cakes are handmade please do expect slight discrepancy to the product delivered.
2. Inside the cake may contain straw or wooden stick to support the cake decorations or hold money pull boxes for small sized cakes.
3. Changes can made only 48hrs before the delivery.
4. if you choose Dark colour cakes or icing for decoration, that will leave abit of stains on hands or mouth.
5. I wanna include no cancellation of order 7days to due date.
